UltimateCoderandClaude Opus 5.5 1ce5adabf3 chore: add Renovate config 
Updates the actions used in the workflows (github-actions manager).
No automerge: there is no build to gate an update, and main only
reaches consumers when the vN tag is moved after a live test.

UltimateCoderandClaude Opus 5.5 877b169ec5 feat: add reusable Node check workflow 
npm ci, then npm run <script> for each entry of the scripts input.
PR gate for frontends so Renovate can automerge npm updates.
